Child Safety Standards

SkinsMate has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply across the app, website, groups and services.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not create, upload, share, request, promote or facilitate CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation of a child, sextortion, trafficking, predatory behaviour or anything that endangers a child.

Reports and action

Report concerns through Support or email support@skinsmategolf.com. Do not email illegal images or videos. Include only information needed to locate the account, group or content.

We review reports, may restrict accounts or content, preserve relevant records, and report suspected illegal material to appropriate authorities as required by law.

Immediate danger

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In Australia, call 000. Online child exploitation reports can also be made to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation.
