These Terms govern your use of the SkinsMate app, website and services.

1. Using SkinsMate

Provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms yourself, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

2. Golf scores and settlements

SkinsMate is a scoring and record-keeping tool. Users must confirm scores, rules, handicaps, stakes and settlement amounts. SkinsMate does not process wagers or payments. Do not use it for unlawful gambling.

3. Groups and content

You are responsible for content you add and permit SkinsMate to host, process and display it to operate the service. Do not impersonate others, harass users, compromise accounts, disrupt the service, or post illegal or harmful material.

4. Safety

Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming and child sexual abuse material are prohibited. See our Child Safety Standards. We may restrict access, preserve evidence and report matters to authorities.

5. Availability

SkinsMate may change or be interrupted. Testing features may contain faults. Confirm important results before relying on them.

6. Accounts

You may stop using SkinsMate or request deletion. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches, security risks or legal requirements.

7. Ownership

SkinsMate branding, software and original content belong to SkinsMate or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal right to use the service.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. To the extent permitted by law, SkinsMate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from user-entered data, settlement decisions or interruption.
